What's New: Saved Schedule Views, No-Shows and More

Not every improvement needs a launch of its own. Here is a round-up of the smaller updates we have shipped recently to save you clicks, keep your schedule tidy and help you understand your business.

Saved Schedule Views

Do you filter your schedule by the same staff member, service or customer every day? Set your filters once, click Save and give the view a name. Next time, open it from your list of saved views in one click, or in a new tab. Saved views are personal, so every team member can keep their own.

No-Show Tracking and Staff Utilisation

Once an appointment time has passed, you can mark the booking as a no-show from its booking details. Your business dashboard now shows each staff member's completed bookings, no-shows, revenue and utilisation, which is the share of their available slots that were booked.

Reschedule and Message a Whole Group

Running group sessions just got easier. Move an entire class or workshop to a new time in one step, and every participant is notified. You can also send one message to everyone booked into a session, which is ideal for a room change or a reminder to bring equipment.

A Proper Customer List

The Customers page brings everyone who has booked with you into one searchable list. Search by name, email or phone, sort by most recent or most bookings, and filter to customers with an upcoming booking or none yet. Open any customer to see their details, booking history and correspondence.

Smarter Scheduling Warnings

Resvly now warns you when a staff member's working days do not overlap with the days a service is offered, and flags duplicate time slots before they confuse your customers.

Tags Help Customers Find You

Add tags to your business profile, such as "vegan", "wheelchair-accessible" or "kids-friendly", and customers can find you by searching for them. Tags also appear on your listing in search results, so your strengths stand out.
