How It Works

Customer Experience

  1. Customer walks in and taps the tablet at the entrance.
  2. They choose the service they need from the available options.
  3. Optionally select a specific staff member or choose "First Available".
  4. They enter their name, email, and phone number.
  5. They receive a confirmation email with their queue number.
  6. They wait comfortably — no standing in line — and receive updates as the queue moves.

Staff Experience

  1. Open the Walk-In Queue page on any device at the start of the day.
  2. Activate each service to start accepting walk-in customers.
  3. Tap "Call Next" to pull the next customer from the queue.
  4. Mark each appointment complete when finished.
  5. Mark yourself as unavailable for breaks without affecting the kiosk.
  6. Deactivate services at end of day — optionally cut the queue at a chosen position.

Create your walk-in services

In your business dashboard, go to Booking Services and enable the "Walk-In Queue" option on any service you want to accept walk-ins for.

Generate your walk-in link

Go to Business → Walk-In Link and generate a secure, unique URL for your kiosk. Copy it onto a tablet and place the tablet at your reception or entrance.

Activate the queue each morning

From the Walk-In Queue page, tap the toggle next to each service to open it for the day. Customers can now join. Deactivate at the end of the day when you're done.
