What the Verified Badges Mean

A green checkmark next to a business email or website on a provider page means the business has proved it controls that address. It is a quick signal that the contact details are real and belong to the business you are booking with.

If a business changes its email or website, the badge is removed until the new address is verified again, so a checkmark is always current.

For Businesses: Get Verified in Minutes

1. Go to Business, then General.
2. Click Verify Email and open the link we send to your business inbox.
3. Click Verify Website, add the meta tag we give you to the head section of your homepage, then click Check Now.

Report a Listing That Looks Wrong

Every provider page now has a Report button at the bottom. Tell us briefly what is wrong and our team will review it. If you are not signed in, we send a quick code to your email first, which keeps reports genuine and spam-free.
